As the U.S prepares for the future of our next four years, injustices are being made by men who swore to preserve, protect and defend the United States Constitution. The immigrants who keep this country afloat are at risk of being unconstitutionally removed from their families, homes, and even jobs under the extremist action of mass deportation. These supposed goal numbers in the coming years total to about 20 million undocumented immigrants being deported, though, currently, the estimated amount living in the U.S is reported to be around 14 million. This leaves many concerned as they believe this means the government could be wrongfully going after people who gained citizenship as well. Unlawful orders and corrupt politicians are leading to the uptick of injustices including racism and to the overall economic downfall of our country.

To begin with, unlawful orders are and have prevented religious and humanitarian care."...nonprofit members leave supplies along desert routes traveled by migrants, provide first aid and occasionally offer services such as temporary shelter to migrants who are suffering from exposure. In 2018, volunteers were charged with littering, driving on protected lands and even harboring undocumented immigrants…but their charges were dismissed after they argued that they were compelled by religious convictions and that the government had violated their freedom of religious expression" (Alexander). Due to these unjust obstructions of care, migrants temporarily lost the desperately needed religious help being offered to them by nonprofit members. Members and volunteers who were also wrongfully charged and dealt with the harsh effects of the case for simply exercising their right to freedom of religion.

Furthermore, inhumane acts are happening because of the corrupt politicians and presidents that have set them in place. One recent example is a new bill being introduced to Florida by Gov. Ron Desantis imposing criminal penalties and charges for knowingly transporting an undocumented immigrant. Many religious groups and leaders are arguing and even protesting against it stating these actions violate their first amendment freedom by preventing them from providing rides and financial aid in religious settings to people in need of humanitarian services (Alexander). By going forward with these actions, people felt enraged as well as betrayed since they felt they could not provide the simple gestures of help or even a ride to a friend or loved one without ending up in legal repercussions themselves. Although the U.S Constitution's First Amendment guarantees freedom of religious expression and prevents Congress from making laws respecting an establishment of religion.

In Theory, there have been a high number of different incidents and terrible cases involving migrants uprising crime percentages in multiple communities. Though, many people are stating the fact that crime percentages are rising in several communities by all sorts of groups and that regardless of ethnicity, crime will always happen. And, as crime is never-ending. Americans are still divided as the Public Religion Research Institute's research found that 55% of Americans believe immigrants​ strengthen our society, while another 40% believe the growing number of migrants "threaten traditional American customs and values" (Alexander). While many Americans understand crime is more than race and most migrants come to the U.S illegally because of the expensive, often decade-long process the U.S makes migrants go through, which most will be rejected in the end. Other Americans are mostly being fed replacement theories and racist propaganda often by huge political influences and by our politicians leading ultimately to the disparaging view of immigrants, especially in the latest presidential run and inauguration day.

To sum it up, the uptick of injustices and racism coming from the neglect of our politicians and their unlawful orders is leading and will lead our country into an economic downfall as other countries thrive. Their orders limit people's rights to freedom everyday as our U.S government, the people who are supposed to help us, sit back and watch. Instead of being provided with basic necessities and help, immigrants are mocked with false information fed by an empty rhetoric. These issues will just divide our country more and more everyday. As a result, we need to preserve, protect and defend the future of our country, with liberty and justice for all.
