Rohit always chose the last chair by the window. From there, he saw everything—the smiles that hid sadness, the small arguments that went unnoticed, the tiny victories of unnoticed friends.
One afternoon, the classroom erupted in chaos. A classmate had dropped a stack of papers. Rohit quietly stood, collected every page, and placed them back on the teacher’s desk.
No one noticed at first. By the end of the day, a simple “thank you” was whispered to him. Rohit smiled, realizing that sometimes the bravest acts are the quietest ones.
